NeverStop to Challenge the Topeak 200K and Time Race of Team
Purpose：
The Olympic motto is Citius, Altius, Fortius as our goal. It is our fondest that we are learing "Faster, Higher, Stronger" to reach the Olympic spirit.
Lifecycle adventures is our opportunity to share a passion for bicycle and also we specialize in working with groups to cultivate the team spirit.

Starting point Hualien Bridge →Tai-Chiu-Bing 11th Provincial Road BinHai highway →Fonggbin ”God of marriage” Temple (return) →Tai-Chiu-Bing 11th Provincial Road BinHai highway → Hualien Bridge(Finish point)
Participant's notice :
Challenge 200K :
1.Participants must wear the helmet and make sure of the braking function for safety.Offender will be disqualified. Please set up one headlight and two taillights (one is flashlight and one is bright) with your race bike.
2.On arrival at the race venue (race date AM4:30 to AM 5:00), proceed to the Registration Desk to collect you race chip and memento.Your race number chip must be visible in front of your helmet and fold up the chip is not allowed.
3.There have provided 4 supply stations(Check Points) on the race, it will be located on every 70 kilometers.
4.All participants will obtain a medal and certificate.
5.To join the race with your partners is recommended for safety issue.
6.Since there is no traffic control, participants shall be responsible for following the correct race course. Besides, all participants must obey the instruction of race officials at all times.
7.Before registering please consider the self physique condition by oneself.
8.Please find the 3 supply stations as following:
The 1st supply station：93K, East Rift Valley National Scenic Area, closed at 11:00
The 2nd supply station：139K, Wu-Ho closed at 14:30
The 3rd supply station：168.5K, Fonglin Tour Area closed at 16:30
Time Race of Team :
1.We'd suggest that all team members wear your team clothes. Participants must wear the helmet and make sure of the braking function for safety.Offender will be disqualified.
2.Each team must have 3 staffs and 3~4 riders. During the race, shove or pull any participants are not allowed. Otherwise, offender will be disqualified.
3.If the participant are getting behind you team, to tail after and disturb other team. The participant and his team will be disqualified.
4.The team result will be decided by the 3rd rider of your team. To reach the finish point that you have at least 3 participants on your team, the team result can be recognized.
5.Every team provides a team of cars for oneself, the Sponsor will assign a referee takes the car with the team. Using the intercom is acceptable. To emphasize the team car must keep 20 meters distance from the third rider.
6.During the race, the teammate help for repair the bike or supply food is allowable.
7.Keep to the right side of the road except when overtaking. Obstructing is not allowed on the race.
8.Please keep 25 more than distance between the two teams. If you would like to overtake other team, please keep 2 meters distance and from the left side.
9.No matter you surmount or surmounted, please kindly follow 25 meters distance as the rule.
10.All races follow UCI –Bike team challenge rules.
11.The radio channel for the Time Race will be inform before you start.
Registrations：
Registration date is from this day through September 20th, (Sat).Please find the entry fee as below:
Challenge 200K : 650 NTD per person (online registration will be 600 NTD)
Time Race of Team: 2,200 NTD each team (online registration will be 2000 NTD)
If you use the online registration service, entry fee is 600 NTD per person and 2000 NTD for each team. Nevertheless, there is no special discount for registration via E-mail, postal and fax.

If any weather inclement or conditions warning be raised before race, the race will be postponed.
The copy of Passport shall be provided for insurance issue.

Family Trip
Family :
Please be informed that the family trip will be by bicycle and tour bus. The
stating point is from Carp lake , through YIYUAN Resort to the No. 193
county road. To get across JYAN YING Bridge to FangLin county. We will
visit headmaster's dream workshop, Fonglin Hakka Culture Hall and Fonglin
Tobacco Tower etc. After lunch, we will go to FangLin waterfall、bamboo &
Charcoal workshop. After FangLin county sight-seeing, we will back to the
carp's lake by tour bus. At the same time, we will stay at the finish point
to applaud the arrival of the challenges.
